    Our Requirements:  “All About Dogs” Pet Grooming is licensed by the Iowa Department of Agriculture, as required by state law. All pets must have vaccinations current, which is also required by state law. Vaccinations are required for Rabies and Distemper for those pets being groomed and boarded. Bordetella or kennel cough immunization is also required for those being kenneled.
